By way of interest, I came across this video in which Oprah interviews an author about a book on this same theme. and given Oprah’s comments about how impacted she felt by the author’s description of how people can bring and take energy away from a person, I suspect this was where she (i.e. Oprah) gained the initial insights that informed the message she shared in the above transcribed video.
