Preamble
Sometime in 2013 (8 years ago) I saw in Google*, that a UK based company had created a PDF version of my Employee Moral Gauge Quiz (which I’d published via EzineArticles.com in 2007), and made it available for download by clients from its website.
They included an introduction in their PDF, which explains why and how to use the quiz…and also credits me as the author of the instrument [*NB: Google SE Results page screenshot below was taken on 9th Dec. 2013 at 11.32a.m]
Apart from the above application, this quiz has actually been purchased by Human Resource managers of several organizations via a 3rd party articles marketing website which promoted original write-up on behalf of verified author-owners, like me, charging a commission for providing the service.
Even more noteworthy is the fact that the CEO of a Lagos based Small Scale Manufacturing company formally engaged me to administer the quiz to his employees, as part of the implementation of a Best Operating Process Management System for the Factory he paid them to work on a 2 Morning and Night shift basis.
In other words, this quiz, which I developed while in paid employment, based on my personal experiences and observations as a manager in different areas (packaging, brewing, training and development etc) of a fast pace multinational manufacturing company, has proven quite effective for real world application.
I therefore recommend that you adopt – and if need be, ADAPT – it for use in your company, so that you can reap rewards that accrue from doing so.
