Not everybody will like the idea of using farm waste – animal dung/droppings, crop residues etc to breed Black Soldier Fly Larva (which I strongly advocate) or to make compost.
We are not all the same as per what we are willing to put up with. Some people consider those applications too messy or unpleasant and they do not see the rewards/benefits to be had as being enough to justify doing them.
However, using those wastes to generate electricity, cooking gas and hot water is a 3 in 1 benefit that translates to massive savings in money, time and resources that I doubt anyone will refuse!

My visit to, and knowledge of what happens in the Songhai Integrated Farming Centre headquarted in Porto Novo has always driven me to suggest that my Farm CEO clients pay a visit to the centre.
There is so much one can learn from Songhai. One key aspect is the way they generate biogas using the waste from the farm e.g. poultry droppings used to produce gas for cooking.
